The Nihon-EuropA program is a university initiative supported by the GERCIE (Study and Research Group on International and European cooperation) of Faculty Tours of law and supported by MSH (Human sciences « home » of Tours) financially and technically speaking. It aims to promote Franco-Japanese legal researches and will try to ensure both the knowledges of those researches and promote them.

Nihon-EuropA is therefore multidisciplinary and comparative. We are confident that civilian, criminal, marketers, publicists, political scientists, Europeanists colleagues … will find their place in this project.

The scope of this action is deliberately open. If comparative law studies seems to constitute the center of gravity of those specific studies, on particulary branch of Japanese law. The common point of faculties associated in this program is definitely their passion for the law of this country and Japan.

On 4 and 5 October 2016 will be held at theFaculty of Law of Tours first inaugural conference.
